I am a writer, dancer, actress, and activist, and I have completed a
novel about the lives of
Surrealist poets Antonin Artaud and
Robert Desnos.
I work at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.
My partner, John Akre, is a filmmaker and production specialist at
Minneapolis Telecommunications
Network (MTN). We are car-free and strongly believe
in mass transit.
John has written a

I am active in the Guide of Oriental Dance,
the Sheridan Neighborhood Organization, my Council Ward,
the Fifth District Green Party, various social justice organizations, and my block club.
